- I created Joy Publications and the Institute of Metaphysical Studies to support the teaching of Spiritual Philosophy. Since I was two years old, growing up in a loving family on a farm in Salem, Illinois, I wanted to help people heal themselves. My forty years as an R.N.and patient advocate included 12 years each in transplant and immunology research, emergency care, nursing administration, and 4 years in clinical practice. I have always been fascinated by who we are as human beings, and understanding the nervous system which gives us life. I began teaching in 1984,to help people understand who we are as spiritual/ physical beings. I am committed to teaching the basics of disease prevention and healing that allow us to accept responsibility for our healing. We have the power to change who we are at any moment. We must learn to think with love to understand ourselves and our divine purpose. A spiritual philosophy of life celebrates who we are as equal infinitely sensory beings within our spirit energy. We are energy and matter! NDP is my trademarked energy therapy which I learned as a child, as a way to heal myself from the pain of rheumatic fever.
